TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
- Be a student.
- Accredit studies.
- Deposit € 400.
RESERVATION
The user must register as such, filling in the form, creating a user profile and password, which are personal and non-transferable.
The user declares to be of legal age and have the legal capacity to conclude a contract. Likewise, you expressly and without exception agree that access and use of this website and its contents takes place under your sole and exclusive responsibility.
The user must provide a series of personal data to make the deposit payment and complete the booking process.
The user will receive an email from UNICASA confirming the reservation.
Payment will be made at the time of booking.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once the reservation is confirmed the user will be responsible for:
- Remaining in the corresponding accommodation during the selected period.
- Fulfilling the rental agreement
- Making all payments in full to UNICASA.
ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT
The user will arrive at the accommodation on the day established in the corresponding booking confirmation.
PAYMENT
Payment is made by bank transfer or card.

SECURITY
For your safety UNICASA has relied on the payment system by credit card to a payment gateway. The bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank’s servers and, subsequently, are verified with the issuing bank in order to avoid possible fraud and abuse.
This data entry procedure is guaranteed by SSL encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, under which no third party shall have access via Internet to this information concerning the bank details entered by the customer.
Only the Bank has access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so that UNICASA does not know or record this data during the payment transaction or at any other time.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
In case of cancellation of a reservation, the economic deposit that must be made in advance as a sign will not be refunded. On the other hand, if for any reason we could not provide you with the reserved room, we will offer you an alternative room and in case of rejection we will refund the full amount of the signal within a maximum period of 1 week.
