What is the price??

Monthly: the rent will be paid every month, and will include the expenses of supplies (water, electricity, heating, wifi ...).

Deposit: A fixed fee of 500€ must be paid only once. It is fixed for everyone.

DATES OF ENTRY / DEPARTURE:

Check-in from JANUARY 4 2025.

Departure I - Deadline until the 31st of May, 2025.

Departure II - Deadline until the 30th of June, 2025.
